No more than three (3) approved applications for sublets will be permitted within any 12-month period. Sublet to a corporation or partnership will not be permitted. Shareholder must reside in apartment for a minimum of three (3) years before requesting Board approval to sublet. One (1) year lease term; No renewals will be granted. After subletting, a shareholder cannot sublet again until five (5) years following the completion of the prior sublet.
