Pets Allowed
There is a mandatory dog interview with 305 East 24 St. Owners Corp. Dog Committee. No pets are permitted by subtenants.
Subletting Allowed
One (1) year lease term which may be renewed. Approved only for a maximum of two (2) years out of every four (4) years. Proof of insurance required of at least $500,000 liability insurance coverage. No alterations permitted by subtenants. Consent of lending institution required if financing.

Interviews and when to submit your application: Interviews for this building take place the 2nd Tuesday of every month, and all completed applications have to be submitted online 3 week priors to that date, which is the cut off.

Notice to Brokers: Management strongly advises a Broker start the online process. Once you begin the application, you will have the ability to invite applicants and unit owners to the online application.

Notice to Owners: If you or the applicant do not have a broker, please have the applicant start the application process.

  • Storage Units: Storage Units do not come with apartments. Property Manager handles waiting list.
  • Insurance Requirement: 
    • All shareholders are required to maintain liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.
    • Purchasers are required to have homeowners insurance in the amount of $500,000 at closing.
