Shareholder must reside in apartment for a minimum of two (2) years before requesting to sublet. Shareholder must first request and give a reason for permission to sublet to the Board before submitting any application. One (1) year lease term; leases may be renewed annually upon Board approval. Shareholders can sublet for three (3) out of five (5) years and this does not have to be three (3) consecutive years.
